On 4th October, after a late sunset at Camborne, the bite Bus turned up to a darned friendly offer hospitality to at Stoke Damerel Community College in Plymouth. There was even a shrine to Chew TV in the entrance and Ms Hardie all the same dressed in behalf of the elicit in her delightful Chew TV T-shirt.
We set up our VJ workshop and Tom Harding got cracking with a group of media students, while concluded in the drama studio another regulate of students were culture how to pay for a music video with Nathan Sheppard and Matt allowance. The bands arrived and Kat Marsh did a taster performance in the newly built “road” in the school (why weren't schools so gratifyingly when I was there?) to a very jeed up cram of students.
Even more of a stir was caused when we gave out 400 hundred bottles of Volvic revitalize, that had been kindly donated to the tour by our supporter Danone. TC Jefferson and Ed Whitelaw battled students who were 'queing' for their unconstrained drink. To the casual onlooker, you'd think they hadn't had a wet one's whistle for days!
After a eximious day in the school where students made a music video for Kat Marsh's band, we all headed down to the undefiled Rabbit by reason of a marvellous gig. What surprising bands and a great whack out. It was great to be sponsor in Plymouth. Thanks guys!
sufficient from us....this is what Josh (ancient 16) and Elliot (old 15) from the denomination had to whisper in the matter of the daylight......
“Today after lunch we came into the gym where we had a session with a couple of guys from the music profession
It was a questions and answers there how to get a band up and tournament and rubbish like that. Harry was masterful to ask questions about the music industry and how it works. How do you get a gracious group together, what sort of music should you play etc.
They went through a brisk vitality story to do with music about their careers in the partnership. I am in a party so I learnt a bit just about how to accept my band nurse along. I've got a larger picture about how the record industry works and how you could enter a transcribe deal. We've both enjoyed it and think its been of use. hankering the evening gig is justified as good!”A warm welcome in Plymouth
